Soupy Seas

Way back in the gray days of February, or what I like to think of as the longest shortest month here in the Pacific Northwest, the kid and I spent an afternoon building and playing around with a digital microscope.

Thanks to the confluence of crazy low tides, summerlike skies, and brand-spankin’ new plankton net, said scope is getting a workout.
